The personnell selected by you will receive employment contracts from MABE Solutions. We therefore take care of legal formalities and pay all social security premium contributions, taxes and other ancillary wage costs.

The employees deployed are leased to you on a commercial employee leasing. You can therefore issue instructions to the staff on site and treat them as your own employees.

Planning

Write to us via the contact form or directly by e-mail. Please describe briefly what kind of personnel you need. Information such as time, place and job description would also be helpful for planning.

Selection

After a short period of time, you will receive a selection of personnel who demonstrate your desired qualifications and skills, as well as have indicated explicit interest in your job and are available in terms of time.

Work Assignment

The personnel is employed by MABE Solutions. By assigning the personnel to you as the customer, you have the full authority to issue instructions.

Conclusion

After the assignment you will receive an invoice, which includes the gross wage plus the agency surcharge, there are no further costs.

Recruitment

For each job you receive a personnel selection with meaningful profiles (incl. experience, pictures, foreign languages, etc.).
All proposed persons have been checked for suitability in advance and the information validated.
You can compare the profiles and independently select the desired personnel for your jobs.

Quality management

The personnel receives an assignment briefing from MABE Solutions specific to the job.
The assignment details (exact job description, meeting point, desired outfit) are communicated to the personnel in the assignment briefing. Here, too, you have no effort at all.
The staff is automatically reminded in advance of the start of the assignment so that they arrive on time.

Accounting

The personnel is employed by MABE Solutions as an employee for the entire duration of the assignment.
MABE Solutions takes care of payroll accounting, deduction of social contributions and other employer risks.
After the assignment you confirm the hours worked by the personnel and then receive an invoice.
You pay only for the hours actually worked (rounded up to the quarter hour).
